On a day you have appointments, 1stHour emails you that day's schedule at 6:00 AM in your ward's time zone. It is for the bishopric: the clerk and the other roles don't get it, and their Settings has no Notifications row. Some wards don't have it yet. If you're in the bishopric and your Settings has no Notifications, yours doesn't.
1. Who gets it, and what it shows
Each interviewer gets their own day:
- every appointment, with the person, the kind of appointment and how long it is
- the open time still left in your windows
- events from your Google Calendar, shaded, if you've connected it
The executive secretary gets one email for everyone, with each interviewer's first four appointments and how many more there are. When the bishop has asked for times that aren't booked yet, it also says how many, never who or what he wrote.
It comes only on a day with at least one booking. A window with nothing booked sends nothing. It isn't sent again when the day changes: Open today in 1stHour always has the latest.
Today in 1stHour shows the same day. An interviewer sees their own appointments there, on a day they have some. The executive secretary sees everyone's under Appointments today, each saying which interviewer it is with. When more than one has appointments, tap All or one of them (Bishop, 1st, 2nd) to see just theirs. Tap an appointment to open it.
2. Turn yours off or on

Only the bishop sees this.
- Open Settings and choose Morning schedule email under Appointments.
- Tap the switch. It saves right away.
Off, no one in the ward gets the email. Each person's own switch is kept, so turning it back on brings back what they chose.
